Aims
To improve efficiency in delivering the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) online learning module.
Background
Traditional training methods faced challenges like low attendance, scheduling issues, and venue constraints.
Methods
Created an interactive eLearning module with animations, case scenarios, instant feedback, and quizzes.
Results
Increased learner efficiency by training 74 pharmacists in one hour versus 44 in didactic sessions; enhanced user experience and knowledge retention.
Conclusion
Demonstrated the effectiveness and efficiency of eLearning, with plans to include doctors and nurses in future training.
Lessons Learnt
eLearning is equally effective as didactic training, enabling broader reach and flexible learning opportunities.
