No-show rates reduced by 51% from 9.1% to 4.3%; Sleep Lab utilization improved from 80.6% to 89.2%.
Conclusion
Deposit collection effectively reduced no-shows and optimized resource utilization in the Sleep Lab.
Lessons Learnt
Deposit collection improved attendance and patient commitment, ensuring better utilization and efficiency.
