Background
Quality of dentures was inconsistent, affecting clinical efficiency and patient outcomes. Feedback from clinicians necessitated improvement.
Methods
Baseline data collection, root cause analysis, Pareto chart analysis, checklist creation, feedback loops via QR codes, and senior technician inspections.
Results
Denture passing rates improved from 45% to 71% (Q3-Q4 2021). Better feedback received from clinicians.
Conclusion
Improved denture quality through structured interventions; sustained standards achieved.
Lessons Learnt
Standardized protocols, visual aids, and feedback mechanisms enhance communication and denture quality.
