Traditional medical model overlooked patients' perceived needs and satisfaction in valued activities.
Methods
Administered COPM at admission and discharge to assess patient goals, performance, and satisfaction; guided intervention planning.
Results
Significant improvement in performance and satisfaction scores; pre-intervention average: 4.5, post-intervention average: 8.
Conclusion
COPM successfully improved care quality and fostered patient-centered goal-setting.
Lessons Learnt
Client-centered interventions enhance patient engagement and satisfaction; MBI scoring supported outcome validation.
