Engaged a local manufacturer to create a new formula, tested for stability, and finalized production.
Results
Achieved 61.4% price drop, $146,510 annual cost savings, and 74.5 man-hours saved monthly.
Conclusion
Contract manufacturing reduced costs, manpower, and enhanced patient convenience through home delivery services.
