Methods
Developed an in-house instructional video aligned with the colonoscopy booklet; provided via QR codes to patients.
Results
Counselling time reduced significantly (e.g., from 3.8 to 0.5 minutes for Colonic Lavage preparation); staff found the tool useful for improving efficiency.
Conclusion
