Aims
To consolidate carpark information into a single-page leaflet to enhance patient and visitor experience.
Background
Finding parking spaces at SGH was challenging for visitors and stakeholders.
Methods
Developed a user-friendly one-page carpark leaflet accessible online and via QR codes.
Results
Consolidated information improved carpark access for over 2,500 lots, leading to positive reviews from stakeholders and visitors.
Conclusion
One-page information leaflet enhanced access to SGH carparks and addressed stakeholder concerns.
Lessons Learnt
Providing clear and concise information builds positive perceptions and eases navigation.
