Methods
Conducted Patient Experience Module workshops focusing on healthcare communication and behavior change pathways.
Results
99.35% of participants recommended the course; mean content relevance rating of 4.5 out of 5.
Conclusion
Incorporating these workshops as competencies enhances organizational culture for patient-centered care.
Lessons Learnt
Effective communication training fosters better patient relationships and adherence to treatment.
