Aims
Achieve staff recognition, engagement, and well-being through GME Wellness and Engagement Framework.
Background
Wellness initiatives were previously scattered; COVID-19 added pressure on staff, highlighting the need for a consolidated framework.
Methods
Established five pillars of the wellness framework (GMEmpower, GMEnable, GMEnhance, GMEnrich, GMEmpathy).
Results
High participation rates (82%) in wellness activities and positive staff feedback.
Conclusion
Framework consolidates wellness efforts under one umbrella, improving long-term sustainability.
Lessons Learnt
Engaging staff in wellness efforts promotes a positive workplace culture.
