Background
Aging population and nursing shortages required transformation of frontline services.
Methods
Leveraged digital tools (self-registration kiosks, OneNUHS apps), job redesign, and PSA upskilling.
Results
Increased self-registration to 90%; saved 80 man-hours/day in registration; cashless payment usage rose to 80%.
Conclusion
Workforce transformation enhanced efficiency, career opportunities, and patient experience.
Lessons Learnt
Transparent engagement and co-designing change processes around stakeholders improve outcomes.
