Methods
Development of the Staff Wellness Strategy, setup of the Staff Wellness Office and Council, and creation of a comprehensive framework with five strategic wellness focus areas.
Results
Improvement in Staff Wellness Composite Score, receipt of the Silver Ribbon Mental Health Award 2024, and integration into SingHealth's Balanced Scorecard.
Conclusion
SingHealth's integrated Staff Wellness Strategy successfully elevated staff wellbeing to a key organizational priority with visible leadership commitment.
