Background
High CAUTI rates necessitated a cross-institutional approach to align practices and reduce incidences.
Methods
Established a COP, developed educational materials, and implemented CAUTI prevention checklists across institutions.
Results
Significant CAUTI rate reduction observed in two of six institutions; further analysis needed to confirm sustainability.
Conclusion
The initiative demonstrates the power of communities of practice in addressing systemic challenges across healthcare institutions.
Lessons Learnt
Collaborative platforms enhance best practice adoption and improve patient safety.
