Only 10% of radiographers attended sessions due to workload conflicts; attendance rates were declining.
Methods
Developed e-learning modules on NTFGH’s LMS platform; included monthly announcements and pictorial guides.
Results
Achieved 80% participation rate; improved accessibility and participation in radiography CPD activities.
Conclusion
E-learning facilitated broader participation and engagement in professional development.
Lessons Learnt
Continuous professional development requires accessible, flexible learning tools to meet workforce needs.
