Patients previously required multiple visits for imaging and results, which was inefficient and patient-unfriendly.
Methods
Redefined workflow, adjusted clinic schedules, trained staff, and optimized radiology slots for same-day imaging.
Results
Achieved 100% one-stop shop service for patients; sustained performance for 4 months.
Conclusion
The one-stop shop improved efficiency and patient experience without increasing clinic time.
Lessons Learnt
Collaboration between surgery and radiology departments with staff training was key to success.
