Background
Face-to-face bond agreement signing was disrupted by the pandemic, requiring a virtual alternative.
Methods
Implemented virtual bond signing via Zoom, used infographics for instructions, and conducted role-play sessions to identify potential issues.
Results
134 virtual sessions conducted, saving 49.5 hours, with 71% of awardees preferring the virtual bond agreement process.
Conclusion
Virtual bond administration streamlined workflows, enhanced staff well-being, and ensured business continuity.
Lessons Learnt
Virtual processes reduce logistical challenges, improve convenience, and maintain compliance.
