Methods
Comprehensive care path mapping, data analytics framework, and targeted interventions including Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) care concepts and optimized rehabilitation pathways.
Results
Significant improvements in health outcomes, costs, and patient experience between 2018 and 2024, with a dramatic decrease in average length of stay and increased ambulatory surgery rates.
Conclusion
NHG's systematic VBC methodology has successfully transformed TKR care delivery, demonstrating simultaneous improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and costs.
