Aims
Reduce manual workload for HRP assessments, eliminate scribing errors, and reduce processing time.
Background
COVID-19 increased HRP workload, leading to fatigue and inefficiencies among staff.
Methods
Two-phased process redesign: 1) Digitized patient contact and HRP responses, 2) Automated data processing and MOH reporting.
Results
Reduced calls from 80/day to 0. Staff reduced from 4-5/day to 1/day. HRP submission time cut from 6 hours to 30 minutes.
Conclusion
Automation enabled sustainability, reduced fatigue, and streamlined HRP assessments.
Lessons Learnt
Process automation reduced errors, increased scalability, and improved staff efficiency.
