Background
Increasing COVID-19 cases overwhelmed staff supporting HRP assessments, causing fatigue and inefficiencies.
Methods
Implemented digital automation, macro-driven processes, and streamlined reporting mechanisms.
Results
HRP process time reduced from 6 hours to 30 minutes per day; manpower cut from 5 staff to 1 staff daily.
Conclusion
HRP automation achieved sustainability and scalability for future workload increases.
Lessons Learnt
Systematic approaches to automation lead to sustainable operations, reducing human errors and fatigue.
