Dataset analysis from nationwide survey.
Results
Poor sleep quality negatively affects HRQOL; age moderates these effects.
Conclusion
Age-specific strategies can improve HRQOL.
Lessons Learnt
Association between poor sleep and HRQOL shifts across lifespan; targeted interventions can address age-specific challenges.
