To provide a platform for NHG employees to share and innovate work processes through automation.
Background
Challenges in diverse processes across supply chains in public healthcare.
Methods
Developed submission templates for pain points and ideas, team reviews, and leadership engagement.
Results
Received 27 submissions in 4 months, resulting in 15 viable solutions; others under review or closed.
Conclusion
Collaborative efforts lead to productivity gains and effective problem-solving through the ASnS initiative.
Lessons Learnt
Engaging employees and leadership drives innovation and ownership.
