To reduce wait times and mitigate chronic pain risk for musculoskeletal (MSK) patients in TTSH ED.

Methods
Developed and implemented Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP) model with a multidisciplinary team.
Results
Reduced wait times by 75%, improved clinical outcomes (2.0 pain scale reduction), optimized resources, and improved satisfaction.
Conclusion
APPs in emergency care improve patient flow and outcomes, setting a new standard in care redesign.
Lessons Learnt
Stakeholder engagement, flexibility, and communication are crucial for sustained success.
