Methods
Developed group therapy protocols, established inclusion/exclusion criteria, and implemented multidisciplinary sessions.
Results
Increased rehabilitation sessions by 24.5%, improved patient satisfaction, and reduced therapy duplication.
Conclusion
Group therapy improved therapist efficiency and enhanced patient outcomes without additional costs.
Lessons Learnt
Collaborative efforts between staff groups ensure patient-centered, safe, and efficient care delivery.
