Rising number of patients in HDB rental flats faced difficulties paying medical bills.
Methods
Established a multidisciplinary team and created PRO-ace workflow for targeted financial assistance.
Results
Assisted 3,714 patients and increased bill assistance by 445%; achieved 100% workflow improvement.
