Background
Imagine spending hours staring at spreadsheets, manually transferring expenses between hospitals. Every month, we chased 100% accuracy while our team was overwhelmed, stressed about errors, and dreading every month-end.
Methods
Developed an Excel macro-enabled tool using VBA. This streamlined a complex manual process into a few simple clicks with the automation of accurate calculations and journal entries.
Results
This initiative shows that impactful results can be achieved without costly systems. Finance delivered significant gains in efficiency, control, and staff morale.
