Background
Imagine spending hours staring at spreadsheets, manually transferring expenses between hospitals. Every month, we chased 100% accuracy while our team was overwhelmed, stressed about errors, and dreading every month-end.
Methods
Developed an Excel macro-enabled tool using VBA. This streamlined a complex manual process into a few simple clicks with the automation of accurate calculations and journal entries.
Results
