Three patients attended eight weekly sessions; pre/post outcomes measured via DASS-21, QOLIBRI, and LCQ.
Results
Mixed results: improvements in some metrics but no uniform benefit across participants.
Conclusion
Group therapy has potential benefits but requires refinement and further exploration in larger cohorts.
Lessons Learnt
Small sample size limits conclusions; individual variability highlights the need for tailored interventions.
