Measure the effectiveness of CRADLE health webinars for first-time mothers.
Background
First-time mothers experience apprehension about pregnancy and early childhood development.
Methods
Conducted bi-annual health webinars covering >12 topics with live Q&A and follow-up recordings.
Results
Confidence level increased: Before webinar – 38.6%, After webinar – 74.8%. Overall rating: Excellent (69.5%), Good (30%).
Conclusion
Webinars significantly improved parenting confidence levels, contributing to better health outcomes.
Lessons Learnt
Regular health webinars are an effective, safe, and low-cost method to engage first-time parents.
